Professor Miller is Professor of Organic Chemistry and Chemical Biology at Mendel University in Brno and has previously worked at Imperial College London and other universities worldwide. He is a leading expert on the proteomic code and lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) for biomedical applications.

Filip is the co-founder of IP Lab Ventures, where he develops deep-tech spin-offs in the fields of biotechnology, chemistry, and materials.
He also works as Chief Commercial Officer at Preagon Biotech, focusing on the American market. He is a member of the jury of the European Innovation Council (EIC). He collaborates with Czech research institutions on the commercialization of research.

Matěj is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of Charles University. Since 2007, he has specialized in legal advice in the field of research, development and knowledge transfer. He has extensive experience in technology transfer, innovation and investments in the public and private sectors. He has collaborated with key grant providers and leading research organizations in the Czech Republic. He focuses on intellectual property protection and legal support of major research projects.

Andrew is a co-founder of IP Lab Ventures and a strategy and investment expert. He has helped to establish Czech deep tech spin-offs, including Atomiver, MendelFOLD and Global Water Nanotechnologies. He gained experience in corporate development at Avast. He has also worked in acquisitions in the energy and mining industries and in research at SpaceX and Tesla. He is a mechanical engineering graduate (RIT) and holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management.

Miroslav Nosal is the Chairman of the Board and CEO of WOOD & Company Asset Management. He is responsible for the strategic and daily management of asset management for institutional and creditworthy clients. He manages funds focused on bond, equity and alternative investments.

He has experience in financial institutions, private equity and the energy sector. He is a graduate of the Czech Technical University and holds the CFA designation.

Martin Dienstbier is co-founder and CFO & COO of DIANA Biotechnologies, a Czech biotech company that combines cutting-edge academic research with real-world application in the market. He holds a PhD in molecular biology from the University of Cambridge and related research experience from the University of Oxford. During his career, he also gained strong business know-how at the Boston Consulting Group and the Alethes investment fund, focused on biotechnology and technology investments.
